The goal of Yelena Isinbaeva Foundation is to support and promote sport among orphans and children of low-income backgrounds.

THE FOUNDATION PROGRAMS:

Every Child Deserves Their Triumph. The program is designed to support and promote sport activities for the children in need: orphans, children with a disability, or children of low-income backgrounds. Under the program, the Foundation builds and renovates sport facilities in schools, and also provides support for youth-centric athletic events.

A Sport Leader — A Community Leader. The program promotes an athletic lifestyle among young adults. The projects are organised to be widely accessible. Under the program, the Foundation hosts urban athletic competitions and develops public sport facilities.

Our Support is Their Victory. The program provides support for aspiring junior athletes who wish to pursue a career in professional sport.

Troughout the years, I have been supported by a number of people without whom I would have never become an accomplished athlete and a human being.

Today I want to give back — to the children in their time of need. I want to share my athletic and personal experience with them. But most importantly, I want to let them know that the greatest triumphs come from working hard and believing in yourself.

Together with our united support, these children will change their lives for the better and live a brighter tomorrow.

After competing in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Yelena Isinbaeva plans to establish International Athletics Cup to be hosted in her home city of Volgograd.
Sport is vital to Yelena, and she feels it her duty as a professional athlete to continue supporting it.

A series of competitions for the athletes of all ages, amptly named ‘Isinbaeva Cup’, is going to promote track-and-field athletics in Russia and beyond. The Cup is going to benifit Volgograd as well — a city that is very close to Yelena’s heart.
